These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wof777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service made available through wof777.club or any associated mobile application or platform operated by wof777.

By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox, accessing the wof777 gaming lobby, placing any wager, or making any financial transaction through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the wof777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the wof777 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your wof777 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wof777 login credentials, including your username and password. wof777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. You must notify wof777 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. wof777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

wof777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your wof777 account, your account balance, or any bonus entitlements to any third party.

All financial transactions on the wof777 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and wager settlements — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wof777 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process international wire transfers.

Accepted Payment Methods: wof777 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. wof777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to a player's wof777 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. wof777 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which wof777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 to 60 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within the same business day for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by the wof777 compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. wof777 does not charge withdrawal fees.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity and payment verification checks prior to processing;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full;
• wof777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or origin;
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts — i.e., accounts not belonging to the registered wof777 account holder — are strictly prohibited.

wof777 may, at its absolute discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms governing that bonus, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, and minimum odds (where relevant) are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and shall be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are complete;
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and may not be claimed with the sole intent of extracting value through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies ("bonus abuse"). wof777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified;
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated unwithdrawn winnings will be removed from the player's account without further notice;
• wof777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and commenced the wagering requirement will be permitted to complete it under the original terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay matters.

Game Fairness: All random number generator ("RNG") based games on wof777 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and certified. The published return-to-player ("RTP") percentages reflect long-run theoretical outcomes and do not guarantee any individual player's results. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and oversight of the relevant studio operator.

Bet Settlement: The wof777 platform settles all bets in accordance with the official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket markets). • Money Laundering: Using the wof777 platform as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from criminal activity, or otherwise using the platform for any purpose connected with financial crime;
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made on wof777.

All content on the wof777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game mechanics, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of wof777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wof777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any wof777 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any wof777 software; or use any wof777 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from wof777.

Any unauthorised use of wof777 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Pakistani and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wof777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wof777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings beyond the amount in dispute;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access not attributable to wof777's own negligence;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond wof777's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain a technical error.

wof777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wof777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by wof777's own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

wof777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The account has been identified as a duplicate account;
• The player is or was under the age of 21 at registration;
• The player's identity or payment method could not be verified to wof777's satisfaction;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to wof777, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than the player's own breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting the wof777 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

wof777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — i.e., where they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — wof777 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered players' email addresses on file.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the wof777 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English text shall govern.
